Abstract
The
complexity of automated production systems results in a variety of
different objectives that have to be considered in the rampup phase. In
regard to planning and control of production processes the underlying
optimization problem is multi-dimensional. In order to reduce efforts
especially in production ramp-up, methods to automatically adjust to new
environments and new objectives are required. This paper focuses on the
modeling and integration of a production control unit for automated
production systems that are structured according to the Viable System
Model.
1. Introduction
In
order to adapt to fast changing market requirements and shorter product
lifecycles the ramp-up phase is one of the crucial points in the
lifecycle of a production system. Since various stakeholders and
multiple departments such as design, purchasing, production, engineering
and other functional sections of a company interconnect and interact,
difficulties and complications are generally inevitable. The
intercommunication in this phase leads to instabilities in planning
procedures and often results in many interdependent decisions in a
dynamic and interdisciplinary environment [1]. Thus, the transfer of
planned socio-technical production systems into a stabilized serial
state is characterized by turbulence. Reliable predictions concerning
the production output of the system usually cannot be made due to
changing requirements and specifications. Gaps between actual and
planned ramp-up curves appear, leading to unsatisfactory product quality
and quantities that do not meet customer requirements.

سیستم های تولید مکانیزه به اهداف مختلفی منتهی می شود که باید در فاز
ramp-up (افزایش نرخ تولید با حفظ کیفیت) در نظر گرفته شود. با توجه به
برنامه ریزی و کنترل فرایندهای تولید، مسئله اساسی بهینه سازی ، مسئله ای
چند بعدی است. برای کاهش اقدامات ویژه برای افزایش نرخ تولید(ramp-up)
،لازم است روش ها به طور خودکار مطابق با محیط های جدید و اهداف جدید تنظیم
شوند. محور این مقاله، مدل سازی و یکپارچه سازی واحد کنترل تولید برای
سیستمهای تولید اتوماتیک است که مطابق با مدل سیستم مانا ساختاردهی شده
اند.
مقدمه
برای
انطباق با شرایطِ به سرعت در حال تغییر بازار و کوتاه تر شدن چرخه عمر
محصول، فاز افزایش تولید (ramp-up) ، یکی از نقاط مهم و بحرانی در چرخه عمر
سیستم تولید محسوب می شود. به طور کلی از آنجا که ذینفعان مختلف و بخش های
مختلف از قبیل طراحی، خرید، تولید، مهندسی و سایر بخش های کارکردی شرکت با
یکدیگر ارتباط متقابل و تعامل دارند ، بروز مشکلات و پیامدها اجتناب
ناپذیر می باشد. ارتباطات داخلی در این مرحله منجر به بی ثباتی روش های
برنامه ریزی می شود و اغلب موجب تداخل تصمیم بسیاری در محیط پویا و میان
رشته ای می گردد.
